This Pilot Cohort runs for 6 months. We have extended the timeline to ensure we have enough time to measure real impact and mentorship results before the main global rollout.
This Pilot Cohort is a volunteer-based leadership program. While there is no monthly salary during this 6-month pilot, ambassadors receive an official NRSA Kit (Jersey/T-shirt), a Digital Certificate of Service, and exclusive access to national sports networking opportunities.
This pilot is just the beginning. Upon completion, we will officially roll out the Permanent NRSA Ambassador Program open to the wider public. Pilot graduates will be honored as the 'Founding Class' and may be considered for leadership roles in the permanent program.
No. We are looking for Leaders and Enthusiasts. It is open to any young person—whether you are an athlete, a student, a content creator, or just passionate about sports development. If you can mobilize a community and tell a story, you are qualified.
